If you have your car repaired by one of our P.R.O. Shops, the quality of work will be guaranteed for as long as you own that car. (Have you ever seen a car driving down the road with the driver’s door a different color than the rest of the car? That’s not going to happen to you. What’s that worth? It could be thousands if you trade it in for another car.) The Repair Guarantee also works for your home insurance. If you have your home repaired by one of our Selected Contractors, that quality of work will be guaranteed for 3 years. If you have a friend or a family member that is in the business of repairing cars or homes and you would like to use them, you always have the option to use any contractor or auto body shop of your choice. Your Choice Auto (YCA) Insurance: 24/7 Availability: It's always nice to talk to a real live person from the first ring of the telephone. You're always welcome to meet face to face in our office. We are at your service 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Even beyond our office hours, our phones direct you to either leave a message for us to return in the morning or the CIC (Customer Information Center) is available for you. The CIC can take payments, answer questions or start the claims process. Got a computer? You can make a payment, check payment history, start a claim, change a car, change coverages all from your computer at www.JayMarino.com. You can always email us at JayMarino@allstate.com. Payment Options: Allstate has a wide variety of payment options for your convenience. Everyone pays their bills and does their finances differently. That’s why we have developed so many options. You can pay your premiums online at www.JayMarino.com, or over the phone with a check or credit card, you can mail your payment in or you can drop your payment off at ANY ALLSTATE LOCATION (not just your Allstate agents office, you can visit any location.) or you can use our EZ Pay service. EZ Pay is an automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. If you elect to use the EZ Pay service, you get an additional discount on your policy. Discounts: You can save money with Allstate using discounts. Team up with us to make sure you are getting all the discounts that you are eligible for.
